Alwa Foundation is a Community Based Resource Centre (CBC, Not for profit) for Supporting and improving literacy and Learning in Primary and Secondary schools through Information and Communication Technology and Empowerment of out of school youth especially young mothers with knowledge and skills.
It is registered by the District Local Government (AL/CS021/17/013) and is self-governing. The Center started as a community library in 2008 in the Family house that provided assorted text books, novels, story books and newsletters with income from their savings.
