Ticha Denis Kruger (Wogisha Denis) is a Ministry of Education and Sports-registered Graduate ICT Trainer, EduTech Facilitator, Content Creator, and Digital Skills Advocate based in Kampala, Uganda.

With a strong background in both classroom teaching and large-scale digital capacity building, I specialize in helping teachers, schools, and education stakeholders integrate technology meaningfully to improve learning outcomes.
